No two jobs are the same. So, we don’t operate a 'one size fits all' interview process. Instead, your recruiter will walk you through the process that’s right for the role, helping you prepare for each step so that candidates are best placed to showcase your skills.

We recommend you research the role for which you are interviewing. Be prepared to demonstrate transferrable experience or skills you have. Research our interviewers so that you have an appreciation of their career and background. It may offer useful insight into their perspective and what they may be interested in understanding from you.

For virtual interviews, we highly recommend testing your technology and connection prior to your interview, avoiding any last-minute technical difficulties. In addition, make sure you do the interview from a quiet area.
Hiring managers want to meet people who are motivated by the role and a desire to work for TP ICAP. You can demonstrate this by researching our organisation in advance of your interview, showing a good understanding of who we are and what we do.
Overall, come prepared to share your experiences, knowledge, skills, accomplishments, and potential. We want to get to know you, and for you to get to know us. We also recognise that some people may have barriers to doing this, such as through a disability, and we are more than happy to provide adjustments to mitigate barriers.
