- Impersonation of TP ICAP employees via phone, email, social media, or messaging services (e.g., WhatsApp).
- Fraudulent investment schemes claiming affiliation with TP ICAP.
How to Protect Yourself
- Verify all communications: Always confirm the legitimacy of emails, phone calls, or messages claiming to be from TP ICAP. Use official contact details listed on our Contact Us page.
- Check website URLs: Ensure you are visiting our official website. Fraudulent sites may use similar-looking domain names.
- Do not share personal or financial information unless you are certain of the recipient’s identity and legitimacy.
- Report suspicious activity: If you suspect fraud or have been approached by someone claiming to represent TP ICAP under suspicious circumstances, please contact us immediately at Corporate-Affairs@tpicap.com and report the incident to the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) or the relevant regulator in your jurisdiction.
