Our vision is to be the most trusted and respected data and market execution provider in the financial, energy and commodity products that we transact.

We seek to achieve this by building on our traditional strengths, whilst simultaneously transforming so that we remain well placed to capitalise on the opportunities fast-moving market structures, regulatory change and evolving client needs present.

To anticipate and respond to change, we are adapting our business along three strategic growth themes – ‘Electronification’, ‘Aggregation’ and ‘Diversification’ – underpinned by 'People, Conduct and Compliance'.

We will harness technology to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our client-facing services and internal operations across the Group, from the onboarding of new customer relationships, to streamlining the trade lifecycle.

We will provide clients with access to aggregated liquidity across our brands.  In so doing, we aim to extend our position as one of the world's largest liquidity venue operators, formed of 2,700 brokers, in 86 offices across 26 countries.

We will continue to leverage our OTC markets expertise and capability to further diversify our revenues.

For example, already a leading provider of OTC data products and services, we plan to invest in our Data & Analytics division to expand the number of datasets and value-added analytics products we offer.

Through our Institutional Services and Energy & Commodities divisions, we are investing in growing our offering and presence with non-bank customers, such as corporates, asset managers and hedge funds.

People, Conduct and Compliance

We aim to attract, develop and retain best-in-class talent to strengthen our high-performing, professional and client-first culture.

We recognise that a strong culture of conduct and compliance is essential to maintaining our reputation as a trusted operator in highly regulated markets. We have appointed regional CEOs to ensure high standards of conduct, compliance and improve the communication with various regulatory bodies.
