ICAP WCLK MTF Rule book update 

Changes have been made to the ICAP WCLK MTF Rulebook as follows:

• Provision of direct electronic access is not permitted without the prior written agreement of the Operator.
• CCPs have been updated in the Interest Rate Derivatives Products and Procedures manual.
• Changes have been made to Products (Financial Instruments and Transaction Types) and Registered Trades (Transaction Types) in the Cash Equity Products and Procedures manual.
• URLs have been updated.
• Formatting changes relating to version number and effective date.
