ICAP Securities OTF rate card update

• The following change, effective 01/07/2018, has been made to the Eurobond Rate Card (IOFI 1.28):
  ? The discount structure for High Yield bonds has been added.

• Whilst the RON FX voice and volume matching rates are the same, it was previously only detailed in the main EM FX rate card. For clarity therefore, the RON FX rate has been added to the EM FX forward volume matching platform dedicated rate card (IOFX 1.33).
