New rate cards dedicated to the eVM desk have been added to the TSCD and TSFI segment with effective date 20 September 2018:
• eVM Corporate Credit Default Swap rate card has been added to segment TSCD 1.24.
• eVM High Yield Corporate Bonds rate card has been added to segment TSFI 1.12.
The existing TP rate card will continue to apply to the trades transacted with the Tullett Prebon desks on Corporate CDS and HY corporate bonds.

Tullett Prebon Europe OTF – Updates have been made to the Tullett Prebon Europe OTF Fee Structure and Incentives
• The methodology for the volume discount structures on the segment TEIR has been changed, effective 1 September 2018.
o The discount structures included in the Inflation and IRO rate cards were previously applied at legal entity level. The discount structures will now apply to all trades executed by the same trader (or same trading team), and for all Legal Entity Identifiers the trader is acting on behalf of, as long as they are part of the overall client group the trader is representing. All trades executed by the same individual trader (or same group of individual traders) will accrue towards a combined volume, for which if the relevant discount tier threshold is met, a discount will be applied.
o Participants are required to provide evidence of their trading structure model to the venue, in order for a combined volume discount structure to be applied.
• The following change, effective 15 September 2018, has been made to the GEMM GILT rate card (TEGI, 1.6): Index-linked Gilts were previously 20 GBP per million for trades below 5Y, those trades are now priced 10 GBP per million nominal. Please see the venue website for full details.

Tullett Prebon Securities Fee Structures and Incentives updates.
• Latam USD Quasi has been added to the Emerging Market bonds rate card (TSFI, 1.14) effective 1st August 2018. Latam USD Quasi are priced at 2cts for voice and auction trades.
• Change in presentation to improve the clarity of the rate card. Emerging Market CDS now have a dedicated headline and the two rates quoted correspond to the non-auction and auction rates (instead of voice and electronic previously mentioned) (TSCD, 1.24).

The discount structure for GEMM GILT activity (TEGI, 1.6) will be amended starting on 1st August 2018.
• The discount structure for the activity will start at 60,000 GBP instead of 70,000 GBP.
• Monthly activity above 60,000 GBP will benefit from a 50% discount and activity above 100,000 GBP will continue to benefit from a 90% discount.
• Latam USD Quasi has been added to the Emerging Market bonds rate card (TEPF, 1.14; TOMF 1.18): Latam USD Quasi are priced at 2cts for voice and auction trades.
