Shawn Bernardo was appointed CEO of Global Broking in November 2026. He has been with the business for more than 20 years and was most recently CEO of the Americas and Head of Global Broking, Americas.

During his career with the Group, Shawn has held a number of senior leadership positions and developed extensive experience across global broking, electronic trading and financial markets, with deep knowledge of the Group’s clients, markets and people.

Earlier in his career, he held several senior positions at Cantor Fitzgerald. Shawn holds a BA in Political Science from St John’s University.
