Board skills and experience

Veronica Lazenby has extensive experience in risk management and compliance across broking, retail banking, commercial banking, corporate and investment banking, as well as wealth and asset management. 

Career

Before joining TP ICAP, Veronica was the Group CRO for Jupiter Fund Management plc, responsible for Risk and Compliance globally, was SMF 3, and sat on the board of Jupiter Unit Trust Managers. 

Prior to Jupiter, Veronica held various senior executive positions at Bank of New York Mellon, responsible for risk management, control and functional oversight, and eight years at Barclays in senior risk roles at both Group and Divisional level. 

Earlier in her career Veronica held senior roles at Royal Bank of Scotland and Schroders. Veronica began her career as a management consultant with Accenture.
