Current role: Head of Liquidnet Australia
First role: At Liquidnet it was Trade Support (first ever job was Settlements officer at Schroders)
I came to TP ICAP (bit of background): I was hired by the head of Liquidnet Australia to help set up the Australian office, he was a client who I engaged with from my middle office role at Citigroup.
My proudest moment at TP ICAP: Getting promoted to the Head of AU role. I started Liquidnet as the junior in the office and worked my way up.
My inspiration is (can be a person known or famous): This one is tricky, main inspiration comes from my parents. But also the friendships I have made from my professional network that still continue to encourage and inspire me.
If I could change one thing to advance women in the workplace: Instilling confidence into all females in the workplace! If I could bottle it up and hand it out to all, I would!
Advice to my younger self: You are allowed to make mistakes, just make sure you learn and grow from them!
