Board skills and experience

Amy has a deep understanding and extensive skills and experience in asset management, banking, insurance, and regulation following a career spanning more than 45 years with global players in China and South-east Asia. She was formerly a member of the Supervisory Board of Deutsche Börse AG, Temenos Group AG, Fidelity Funds, and an Executive Director of Reserves Management at the Hong Kong Monetary Authority. Amy continues to act as an advisor to Vita Green, Hong Kong.

Amy holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor’s Degree in Arts (History) from Brown University.

Career

Since 2011, Amy has been a founding partner of RAYS Capital Partners, a SFC registered Hong Kong based investment management company specialising in Asian capital markets. From 2006 to 2010, Amy was chief executive officer of DBS Bank (Hong Kong) Limited, where she was concurrently head of its wealth management group and previously chair of DBS asset management. Before joining DBS Bank, from 1996 to 2006, Amy held various senior positions at the Hong Kong Monetary Authority. In Amy’s early career she worked for a number of leading global financial institutions including the Morgan Guaranty Trust Company of New York, going on to hold senior appointments at Rothschild Asset Management and Citibank Private Bank.
